12-Week Coaching Pack *most popular* (12 sessions, 1 hour each)
Encompasses the whole process of creating a vision and how to reach it. Sessions are typically scheduled weekly, but can be flexible to suit your own needs and priorities. The goal of this package is to not only move towards your vision of your ideal self, but also to know what strengths you possess to set new wellness goals and overcome obstacles along the way.
6-Week Coaching Pack (6 sessions, 1 hour each)
Designed as a mini package, it works similar to the 12-Week Coaching Pack with fewer Follow-Up sessions. Ideal if you’ve already completed a 12 session process and would like to re-engage or brush up in a particular area. Or simply use this option to extend a 12-Week Coaching Pack a little longer.
