Deep Dive (2 hrs) individual session
Whether you are just starting out, or would like to spend a little more time figuring out a specific plan, this session is designed to get you on the right track. The purpose of this session is to establish your end goal and steps to get there.
Follow-Up (1hr) individual session
This session is used as a progress review of your current goal(s). It can be good for accountability so you keep moving in the right direction if you just want to schedule one session at a time.
